Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in the base of the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra fitted with the blade. Close and pull the cord until the mixture is coarse and chunky.

  2. Divide into 4 equal portions. Roll each into a ball, then press it firmly between your palms into a compact patty.

  3. Place 2 patties in the Tupperware MicroPro Grill and set the cover in the grill position so it rests on the food. Microwave at full power (1000 W) for 8 minutes, turn the patties and cook 2 minutes more.

  4. The grill is now hot, so the second batch needs less time: microwave the remaining patties for 6 minutes, turn them and cook 2 minutes more. Add your toppings and serve.
