Method

  1. Beat the soft butter with both sugars in the Tupperware Speedy Chef until creamy. Add the egg and whisk again.

  2. Add the flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips and mix with the Tupperware Silicone Spatula.

  3. Chill the dough for at least 20 minutes to firm it up.

  4. Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F), fan setting. Fill the Tupperware Crousty Party fitted with the 3-round insert and press to form three logs.

  5. Slice the logs into even pieces with the spatula and space them well apart on the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet set on the cold oven rack.

  6. Bake for about 15 minutes. Let the cookies cool completely before lifting them off the sheet.
