Ham, Cheese and Rice Croquettes

Oven-baked croquettes of soft basmati rice mixed with ham, Comté and parsley, with a crunchy cornflake coating. The rice cooks in the microwave rice maker while you chop, and the Crousty Party shapes the sticky mixture into even logs that are easy to coat.
