Parmesan and Almond Crackers

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Blend the butter, flour, ground almonds and a little salt in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra.

  2. Tip into the Tupperware Mixing Bowl 3.5 l, add the eggs and work the dough with the Tupperware Silicone Spatula.

  3. Add the Parmesan and mix again until the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl.

  4. Fill the Tupperware Crousty Party fitted with the 6-round insert and press to make six strips. Slice them with the spatula and lay the pieces on the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet set on the cold oven rack.

  5. Bake for about 15 minutes, until golden, and leave to cool before serving.
