Method

  1. Break the chocolate and butter into pieces and microwave them for about 1 minute at 600 W. Leave for 1 minute, then stir until smooth; if some pieces remain, heat again in 30-second bursts at 600 W.

  2. Combine the sugar and flour in a bowl and make a well in the centre. Add the egg and the melted chocolate and butter, pour in the milk and stir into a smooth batter.

  3. Stand the Tupperware Cornets Party cones in narrow glasses to keep them upright. Butter and/or flour the inside, depending on the finish you want, then fill each cone halfway with batter.

  4. Microwave 4 cones at a time for about 2 minutes at 360 W. Leave the trees to cool before easing them out, then cook the rest of the batter the same way.
