Method

  1. Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).

  2. Peel the avocado and blend the flesh until smooth. Gently fold in the lime zest and juice, sugar, 15 ml (1 tbsp) of the oil, the egg, coconut, flour, cornflour and baking powder.

  3. Pour the remaining oil into the Tupperware Cornets Party cones, turn them to coat and tip out the excess. Fill the cones and stand them point down in a deep dish.

  4. Bake for about 22 minutes (or microwave 4 cones at a time for about 4 minutes at 360 W). Leave to cool for 10 minutes before easing the cakes out.

  5. Heat the cream in the microwave for about 2 minutes at 360 W. Pour it over the chocolate, broken into pieces, and stir until glossy.

  6. Spoon the glaze over the trees and sprinkle with chopped pistachios if you like.
