Cocoa Cones with a White Chocolate Lining
Crunchy cocoa biscuit cones coated inside with white chocolate, so they can hold something cold and even a little runny, like a milkshake or a smoothie. The dough is wrapped around the Cornets Party cones before baking, which gives each cone the same shape and size.

Method
Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
Melt the butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds at 360 W. Stir in the sugar, egg, milk, flour and cocoa, one after the other, to make a firm dough.
Divide the dough into 8 balls and roll each one into a trapezium. Wrap each piece around a lightly oiled Tupperware Cornets Party cone, pressing the seam and the tip firmly to seal.
Brush the cones lightly with water, sprinkle with the praline and bake for about 12 minutes. Slide them off the moulds and leave to cool completely.
Microwave the white chocolate, broken into pieces, for about 2 1/2 minutes at 360 W. Leave for 1 minute and stir; if needed, heat again in 30-second bursts at 360 W.
Pour about 25 ml (1 1/2 tbsp) chocolate into each cold cone and tilt and turn it so the chocolate coats the whole inside. Chill for at least 15 minutes.
Fill the cones with a cold filling and serve straight away.
