  2. Heat the coconut milk in a microwave-safe jug on high power (1000 W) in 30-second bursts until it steams. Pour it over the chocolate, add the vanilla and stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour, until set. Garnish as you like and serve.
