Sweet Apple Compote
Tart apples in small cubes cooked down with brown sugar, apple cider, butter and cinnamon into a thick, spoonable compote. The Microwave Pressure Cooker softens the fruit in 10 minutes, and a little cornstarch turns the juices into a glossy syrup.
