Ingredients
Method
Heat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
Put the berries, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice in the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl medium, seal and shake until the fruit is evenly coated. Set aside.
Unroll one crust into a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish and press it gently into place, then spread the berry mixture over it in an even layer.
With a paring knife, trace a Pi symbol in the centre of the second crust and cut it out. Lay the crust over the berries, pinch the edges together with a fork and trim the overhang with the Tupperware Kitchen Shears.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until the bottom crust is cooked through. Leave to cool and serve warm or cold.
