Method

  1. Put the chocolate chips in the Tupperware Micro Pitcher 250 ml and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 60 to 90 seconds. Stir until smooth, then stir in the peppermint extract.

  2. Dip each cookie halfway into the chocolate and lay it on a baking tray lined with the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim. Sprinkle the crushed candy over the chocolate before it sets.

  3. Freeze for about 10 minutes, until the chocolate is firm.
