Method

  1. Put the butter, sugar and honey in the Tupperware TupperWave Stack Cooker 1.75 l casserole. Microwave on high power (1000 W) for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.

  2. Stir in the peanuts and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 2 minutes more.

  3. Add the vanilla and whisk carefully, as the mixture will be boiling. Microwave on high power (1000 W) for a final 2 minutes.

  4. Pour onto a baking tray lined with the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim, spread it out and sprinkle the salt evenly over the top. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.

  5. Break into pieces.
