Method
Heat the oven to 355 °F (180 °C). Mince the garlic in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Compact.
Put the onions, garlic, celery and carrots in the Tupperware Ultra Pro 5.7 l roasting pan. In a large bowl, mix the flour with 1 tbsp of the steak seasoning, add the beef and toss until coated. Add the beef and any leftover flour to the pan, cover and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 6 minutes.
Add the potatoes. In the Tupperware Micro Pitcher 500 ml, whisk the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce with 1 cup (250 ml) of the stock. Pour it into the pan with the rest of the stock and stir.
Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Towards the end, mix the biscuit mix, the remaining 1 tsp seasoning and the sugar in a Tupperware Thatsa Bowl. Stir in the beer or milk just until combined, then fold in the cheese.
Take the stew out of the oven and remove the cover. Turn the cover upside down, brush it with the oil and drop the dough onto it by the tablespoon to make 14 biscuits.
Set the cover, biscuits up, on top of the roasting pan and return everything to the oven for about 30 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown.
