Pancakes with Fresh Strawberry Syrup
Classic griddle pancakes with a syrup of fresh strawberries simmered in the microwave. The SuperSonic Chopper Tall mixes the batter with its whisk attachment, then purées the fruit with the blade, and the Micro Pitcher cooks the syrup without a pan.

Ingredients
Method
Heat the Tupperware Chef Series 30 cm griddle over medium heat.
Fit the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall with the paddle whisk. Put the milk, eggs and oil in the base, cover and pull the cord until blended.
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and spice blend on top of the liquid. Cover and pull the cord 6 to 8 times, just until mixed; a few lumps are fine.
Ladle 1/4 cup (60 ml) of batter per pancake onto the hot griddle. Cook until bubbles set around the edges and the underside is golden, then turn and cook 1 to 2 minutes more. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
For the syrup, fit the chopper with the blade, add the strawberries and pull the cord 8 to 10 times to a purée.
Pour the purée into the Tupperware Micro Pitcher 1 l, stir in the sugar, maple syrup, lemon juice and butter, and microwave at 50% power (500 W) for 9 to 10 minutes, until boiling. Watch it towards the end so it does not boil over.
Serve the pancakes warm with the syrup.
