Chocolate Cookies and Cream Cake

A small chocolate cake made almost entirely from sandwich cookies: the biscuits are blended to crumbs with their cream filling, milk and baking powder, then cooked in the microwave and covered with ganache. Method

  1. Twist the cookies apart and scrape the cream filling into a small bowl. Put the chocolate biscuits in the base of the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall, close it and pull the cord until you have fine crumbs.

  2. Add the baking powder, milk and the reserved cookie cream and pull the cord again until smooth.

  3. Pour the batter into the Tupperware Silicone Small Round Form and microwave at 50% power (500 W) for 5 minutes 30 seconds. Take it out and leave to cool completely.

  4. Pour the cream into the 1-cup (250 ml) Tupperware Micro Pitcher and microwave at full power (1000 W) for about 30 seconds, until steaming. Add the chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.

  5. Unmould the cake, pour the ganache over and smooth the top. Decorate as you like and serve.
