Chipotle-Ranch Beef Chili

A hearty beef and three-can chili seasoned with chipotle spice and a packet of ranch mix for a tangy, herby finish. The Stack Cooker colander browns the beef and lets the fat drip away in the microwave, and the chili then simmers in the same casserole.

  1. Set the colander inside the Tupperware Stack Cooker 3 l casserole and crumble the beef into it.

  2. Put the onion, garlic and both peppers in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall and pull the cord until finely chopped. Scatter the vegetables over the beef.

  3. Cover and microwave for 5 to 7 minutes at full power (1000 W), until the beef is no longer pink.

  4. Lift out the colander, pour off the fat from the casserole and tip the beef and vegetables back into it.

  5. Stir in the beans, corn, chipotle seasoning, ranch mix, tomato sauce and water. Cover and microwave for 10 minutes at 80% power (800 W), stir, then cook for 8 minutes more at 800 W.
