Method

Heat the oven to 425 °F (220 °C). Set the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on a metal baking tray.
Put the corn flakes and parmesan in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra, cover and pull the cord until you have coarse crumbs.
Place the chicken breasts in the Tupperware Season-Serve and cut them into bite-size pieces with kitchen shears. Sprinkle with the salt, add the mayonnaise, seal and shake until every piece is coated.
Roll each piece in the corn flake crumbs and lay it on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden and cooked through to 165 °F (74 °C) in the centre. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
