  1. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the base of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill. Put the cover on in the grilling position and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 3 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, stir the garlic, lemon zest, stock, cornstarch and salt together in a small bowl until the cornstarch dissolves.

  3. Turn the shrimp over, pour the sauce over them, put the cover back in the grilling position and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 2 minutes more.

  4. Serve warm over vegetable noodles or spaghetti squash.
