Method

  1. Take out an oven rack and heat the oven to 425 °F (220 °C). Set the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on the cold rack.

  2. Peel and rinse the potatoes, then grate them with the fine cone of the Tupperware FusionMaster Grater.

  3. Mix the grated potato with the melted butter and divide it into 4 equal portions. Press each portion into an even round on the Silicone Baking Sheet.

  4. Slide the rack back into the oven on the lowest level and bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Take the rack out, salt the potato rounds, spread them with pizza sauce and cover with the mozzarella. Put the rack back in the middle of the oven and bake for about 10 minutes more, until the cheese has melted.

  6. Scatter the basil over the top and serve hot.
