Method

  1. Grind the freeze-dried mango to a fine powder in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Compact, about 6 or 7 pulls. Add the powdered sugar and pull again to blend.

  2. Put the kernels, with nothing else, in the Tupperware WOW Pop Popcorn Maker and set the cover in the open position, with the vents lined up with the holes in the base.

  3. Microwave for up to 3 minutes at a maximum of 1000 W, staying close by. Stop as soon as there are about 2 seconds between pops; the time varies with the oven.

  4. Keeping the cover open, shake out any unpopped kernels. Add the butter straight away, close the cover and shake gently for about 30 seconds until melted. If some butter remains solid, microwave for 10 to 20 seconds at 600 W and shake again.

  5. Add half the mango powder and shake for a few seconds, then add the rest and shake again.
