Method

  1. In a medium Tupperware Thatsa Bowl, whisk the butter, sugar and salt for 30 seconds. Whisk in the eggs one at a time, then the flour, until the batter is smooth.

  2. Set the Pro Ring in the base of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill and pour in the batter.

  3. Put the cover on in casserole position and microwave at 50% power (500 W) for 10 minutes.

  4. Leave to stand for 5 minutes. Wearing oven gloves, remove the cover and the Pro Ring, set a plate or board on top of the grill and turn the cake out.
