Mini Chocolate Fondant Hearts

Small heart-shaped chocolate fondants made with salted butter, baked hot and fast so the centres stay soft. The batter is melted and mixed in the MicroCook Pitcher, and the silicone heart mould releases each cake cleanly once it has cooled a little.

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 220 °C (425 °F) with the rack taken out.

  2. Melt the butter and chocolate in the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 1 l for 2 minutes 30 seconds at 360 W. Add the eggs and sugar and beat with the Tupperware Flexible Whisk, then whisk in the flour.

  3. Set the Tupperware silicone 6-heart mould on the cold oven rack, divide the batter among the cavities and slide it into the oven. Bake for 10 minutes.

  4. Leave to cool slightly before unmoulding and serving.
