Mini Chocolate Fondants

Tiny chocolate cakes baked briefly so the inside stays soft but not runny, finished with cocoa, icing sugar or a fleck of gold leaf. The chocolate and butter melt together in the MicroCook Pitcher, and the Silicone Mini Muffin Mould turns out small, even fondants that release easily.
