Method

  1. Wash and dry the cherries and toss them with 1 tsp flour.

  2. With the Tupperware Speedy Chef, whisk the egg with the sugar and the seeds scraped from the vanilla pod until pale and foamy.

  3. Add the flour, baking powder and butter and whisk until smooth. Fold in the cherries gently so they are coated in batter.

  4. Butter the Tupperware Ultra Pro Loaf Pan 500 ml with the Silicone Brush and pour in the batter.

  5. In the air fryer: preheat it for 5 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F), then bake the cake without the lid for 35 to 40 minutes. In the oven: bake with the lid on for 40 to 45 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F).

  6. Leave the cake to cool with the lid on before unmoulding.
