Gingerbread Waffles with Foie Gras
Savoury-sweet waffles made from gingerbread, eggs and milk, served as a festive starter under a slice of foie gras terrine. The SuperSonic Chopper Extra blends the batter, and the Silicone Waffle Mould bakes it in the oven, so no waffle iron is needed.

Method
Break the gingerbread into the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra, add the eggs, milk and sugar, and pull the cord a few times to combine roughly. Leave for 15 minutes so the gingerbread soaks up the liquid.
Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F), fan setting. Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds at 600 W.
Add the baking powder and melted butter to the chopper and pull the cord until the batter is completely smooth.
Pour the batter into the Tupperware Silicone Waffle Mould set on the cold oven rack and bake for 20 minutes.
Let the waffles cool for a few minutes, then unmould them and cut each one in half diagonally. Serve half a waffle per person, topped with a slice or a few shavings of foie gras.
