  1. Lay one slice of bread on a board, cover it with the Muenster and cheddar, and close with the second slice.

  2. Butter the top of the sandwich and cut it into 6 even pieces.

  3. Arrange the pieces buttered side up in the base of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill, set the cover on in grilling position and microwave on high power (1000 W) for about 3 minutes.

  4. Leave to cool for 2 minutes, then serve straight away.
