  1. Fix the zucchini on the food guide of the Tupperware Mandoline, set the round knob on 6 and slice it into rounds.

  2. Spread the rounds in a single layer on the Tupperware Ultra Pro oven plate and top each one with about 1 tsp marinara.

  3. Microwave on high power (1000 W) for 2 minutes, until the zucchini is soft.

  4. Sprinkle with the Parmesan and microwave for 10 to 20 seconds more, just until the cheese melts.
