  1. In the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl, small size, stir the water, yeast and sugar together and leave for 5 minutes.

  2. Add the flour and salt and mix until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth.

  3. Pour half the olive oil into the bowl, add the dough, seal and leave to rise for 45 minutes.

  4. Press the dough into the base of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill, drizzle with the remaining oil and scatter over the herbs.

  5. Cover in the casserole position and microwave for 10 minutes at 70% power (700 W). Turn the cover to the grilling position and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes more on full power (1000 W). Serve with butter or alongside pasta.
