Maroilles and Parsley Shortbreads
Bite-size savoury biscuits made with maroilles, a strong washed-rind cheese from northern France, plenty of parsley and a sesame crust. The chopper brings the dough together in one go, and the Crousty Party with its three-round insert shapes it into neat logs you slice straight onto the tray.

Ingredients
Method
Put the maroilles, parsley leaves, flour, baking powder, butter, salt and pepper in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper and chop until finely combined.
Add the egg and stir with a silicone spatula into a smooth dough. Put it in the freezer for about 15 minutes to firm up.
Fit the Tupperware Crousty Party with the three-round insert, dust it with flour, fill with dough and press down; use a thin silicone spatula to push out the last of the dough. Slice at every one or two marks.
Sprinkle the slices with sesame seeds and space them out on a lined rimmed baking sheet set on the cold oven rack.
Bake for about 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 °C (350 °F). Let cool before serving.
