Method

  1. Fit the metal filter into the Tupperware Cold Brew Carafe and add the tea and pineapple.

  2. Pour in the filtered water slowly, letting it drain through before adding more, until it reaches the water fill line. Close and refrigerate for 12 hours.

  3. Lift out the filter and discard the tea and fruit.

  4. For the syrup, stir the sugar and water together in the 500 ml Tupperware Micro Pitcher, cover and microwave in 30-second bursts at full power (1000 W), stirring between each, until the sugar has dissolved. Let cool.

  5. Pour the tea over ice, stir in 1 to 2 tbsp syrup per glass and serve cold.
