Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
A strong coffee concentrate made by steeping coarse grounds in cool water in the fridge, which gives a smooth, low-acid coffee to dilute as you like. The Cold Brew Carafe has a concentrate line on its filter, so the coffee-to-water ratio is measured for you.

Method
Fit the metal filter into the Tupperware Cold Brew Carafe and fill it with ground coffee up to the concentrate fill line, about 2 cups (160 g).
Pour in the cool filtered water slowly, letting it soak through the grounds before adding more so they do not overflow, until it reaches the water fill line where the metal filter meets the plastic funnel.
Close and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours.
Lift out the filter and discard the grounds.
Serve the concentrate diluted with water, milk or a plant drink, or poured over ice.
