Method

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder and salt together. Pour in the beer and keep mixing until the dough begins to turn elastic.

  2. Set the Pro Ring in the base of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill, pour in the dough and smooth the top.

  3. Put the cover on in the casserole position and microwave at 50% power (500 W) for 10 to 12 minutes.

  4. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, lift off the Pro Ring and serve warm.
