Apple Pie Cookies

Method

  1. Put all the filling ingredients in the Tupperware Micro Pitcher 2-cup (500 ml), stir and microwave for 90 seconds at full power (1000 W maximum). Stir again and leave to cool.

  2. In the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl, beat the butter with both sugars until creamy, then mix in the egg and vanilla. Add the salt, baking soda, cornstarch, apple pie spice and flour and stir only until no dry flour is left.

  3. Heat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C) and chill the dough in the fridge while it heats.

  4. Shape the dough into balls, space them out on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

  5. As soon as the cookies come out of the oven, press a small hollow into each one and fill it with 1/2 tbsp of the apple mixture. Bake the rest of the dough the same way and serve straight away.
