Method

  1. Lay the bread slices on a board. Press the outer part of the Tupperware Sandwich Sealer firmly onto each slice to cut out a circle, and keep the crusts for another use.

  2. Place one bread circle in the sealer and spoon the nut butter and jam into the middle, keeping the edge clear. Lay the second circle on top.

  3. Squeeze the sealer to crimp the edges and close the sandwich.

  4. Keep in the fridge until lunchtime, or freeze for up to a week.
