Method

  1. Put the pasta and 1/2 tsp of the salt in the Tupperware Microwave Pasta Maker and add water up to the maximum line. Microwave on high power (1000 W) for 8 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.

  2. Meanwhile, fit the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall with the blade and add the rest of the salt, the onion, garlic, greens, walnuts and oil. Cover and pull the cord until the mixture is finely chopped and saucy, adding more oil if you want it looser.

  3. Drain the pasta through the lid of the Pasta Maker, tip it into a large bowl and toss with the pesto. Serve warm or cold.
