  1. Boil the noodles in water for 2 minutes, then drain them and set aside.

  2. Heat the Tupperware Universal Fry Pan over medium heat. Add the chilli oil, ginger, garlic and green onion whites and stir for about 1 minute until fragrant, then add the soy sauce and half the sesame oil.

  3. Tip in the noodles, toss quickly to coat them and move them to a serving bowl.

  4. Without wiping the pan, add the rest of the sesame oil and turn the heat to low. Crack in the egg and cook for 30 seconds on each side so the yolk stays runny.

  5. Set the egg on the noodles, drizzle with a little more chilli oil, scatter the green onion tops and eat at once.
