Method

  1. Put the pasta, water and salt in the base of the Tupperware Microwave Pasta Maker. Microwave uncovered on high power (1000 W) for 10-12 minutes, until al dente.

  2. Meanwhile, zest and juice the lemon with the Tupperware Zest n Press and chop the walnuts in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Compact.

  3. Melt the butter in the Tupperware Chef Series 28 cm fry pan over medium-high heat. Let it foam until it turns light brown and smells of hazelnut, about 2 minutes after melting, then take the pan off the heat.

  4. Whisk the lemon zest and juice into the warm butter.

  5. Drain the pasta and transfer it to a large bowl. Toss with the brown butter and walnuts, adjust the seasoning and serve topped with basil and pear slices, if using.
