Method

  1. Turn the 3/4 qt (750 ml) cover of the Tupperware TupperWave Stack Cooker upside down and stir the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in it.

  2. In the 1 3/4 qt (1.75 l) casserole, mix the cauliflower, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, celery and jalapeño until evenly combined.

  3. In the 3 qt (3 l) casserole, toss the potatoes with the butter, thyme, salt and water.

  4. Set the cauliflower casserole on the potato casserole and top with the upturned cover holding the strawberries. Microwave on high power (1000 W) for 15 to 20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.

  5. Stir each dish and let stand for 3 to 8 minutes. Spoon the cauliflower into the rolls, press the potatoes lightly with a fork to smash them, and keep the strawberry sauce for ice cream or pound cake.
