Method

  1. Chop the biscuits and sugar finely in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra, add the melted butter and chop again to a sandy crumb.

  2. Place the cooking ring in the centre of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill, tip in the crumb and press it into an even layer.

  3. Put the lid on in the high position and microwave for about 8 minutes at 600 W. Leave to cool completely, then lift the ring and its base onto the Flexible Cutting Board.

  4. Wash and dry the chopper, fit the whisk paddle and beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.

  5. Whip the cream to firm peaks in the Speedy Chef and fold it into the cream cheese with the Silicone Spatula. Spread the filling over the base and freeze for 1 hour.

  6. Leave at room temperature for 5 minutes, remove the ring and serve topped with red berries.
