  1. Peel and core the apples, then cut them into cubes with the Tupperware Super Dicer.

  2. Zest the half orange and squeeze 1 tbsp of juice with the Tupperware Zest 'n Press.

  3. Put the apples in the Tupperware MicroCook 2.25 l round casserole, add the sugars, cinnamon, orange zest and juice, and stir.

  4. Cover and microwave for 10 minutes at 600 W.

  5. Leave to cool, then mash until smooth.
