  1. For the spread, grind the biscuits finely in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra. Add the evaporated milk, honey, cinnamon and salt and chop until smooth. Chill for about 2 hours so it thickens.

  2. Wash and dry the chopper and fit the paddle. Add the batter ingredients in the order listed and turn gently to a smooth batter.

  3. If you have time, rest the batter for about 30 minutes. If it has become too thick, thin it with a little milk.

  4. Heat a non-stick frying pan, pour in a small ladle of batter and tilt the pan to coat the base thinly. When the underside is golden, flip the crêpe and cook the other side.

  5. Repeat with the rest of the batter, keeping the crêpes warm as you go. Serve with the speculoos spread or any filling you like.
