Method

  1. Peel the aubergines, cut them into thick slices, then dice them with the Tupperware Super Dicer. Soak the dice in iced water for about 15 minutes, then drain them well in the Tupperware Double Colander.

  2. Put the aubergine in a bowl with a lid, add salt, pepper and the olive oil, close and shake to coat.

  3. Spread the aubergine in the Tupperware Voilà Dish 1.7 l, cover with the valve open and microwave for about 8 minutes at 900 W. Drain again in the colander. Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).

  4. Peel the garlic and onion and chop them with the basil in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra. Add the fresh tomatoes in pieces, the canned tomatoes, the sugar, salt and pepper, and pull the cord until you have a chunky sauce.

  5. Slice the goat's cheese into rounds. In the Voilà Dish, layer half the aubergine, season, then spread over half the sauce and cover with half the cheese. Repeat the layers and finish with the grated Emmental.

  6. Bake for about 20 minutes, until well browned, and serve straight away.
