Baked Oatmeal Bars

Soft breakfast bars made from rolled oats, applesauce, milk and maple syrup, with no added fat. The flexible Silicone Rectangular Mould lets the bars turn out cleanly once they have cooled a little.

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Stand the Tupperware Silicone Rectangular Mould on a metal baking tray.

  2. Put all the ingredients in the Tupperware Mixing Bowl 3.5 l and stir with the Tupperware Silicone Spatula until evenly combined.

  3. Spread the mixture in the mould and bake for 30 minutes.

  4. Let cool slightly, turn out and cut into bars. Eat them as they are, or crumble one into a bowl and pour over some milk.
