  1. Heat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Warm the salsa verde in a microwave-safe dish for 1 minute at full power (1000 W).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the warm salsa and the chicken, then add the chips and fold gently with a silicone spatula until most of them are coated.

  3. Spread half the chip mixture in the Tupperware Voilà glass XL rectangular baking dish, drizzle with 2 tbsp crema and scatter over half the cheese. Add the rest of the chips and the remaining cheese and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.

  4. Take the dish out, press 6 deep hollows into the chips with a spoon and crack an egg into each. Bake for 10 minutes more, until the whites are set but the yolks still soft.

  5. Drizzle with the remaining 2 tbsp crema, add the toppings and serve at once, while the edges are still crisp.
