
Crisp Cheese and Olive Brick Bites
Small crisp croissant-shaped bites made from brick pastry and filled with cream cheese and olive. The Croissants Party cuts one sheet into 8 even triangles, and the filling sits in its hollows while you roll each bite.

Method
Heat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F).
Lay the brick sheet on the Tupperware Croissants Party, "large croissants" side up. Hold the centre of the sheet with one finger and run the back of the measuring spoon along the ridges, from the centre outwards, to cut it into 8 triangles.
Brush each triangle with oil. Put 2 measuring spoons (about 20 ml / 4 tsp) of cream cheese and a sliced olive on each triangle, over the hollows.
Fold the sides towards the centre, then roll each triangle up like a croissant.
Arrange the bites on baking paper on the cold oven rack and bake for about 5 minutes.
