Apple and Salted Caramel Bites

Small crisp rolls of buttered brick pastry wrapped around chopped apple and salted-butter caramel, a bite-size nod to tarte Tatin. The Croissants Party cuts the stacked sheets into eight equal triangles, so every bite rolls up the same size and bakes evenly.
