  1. Heat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F).

  2. Cut the pastry on the Tupperware Croissants Party along the guides into 8 large or 16 small triangles, then dampen the centre lightly with water.

  3. Divide the jam between the triangles, placing it on the wide end over the hollows.

  4. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point.

  5. Brush with the egg wash, scatter with flaked almonds and bake for about 20 minutes. Dust with icing sugar or cocoa once out of the oven, if you like.
