Method

  1. Heat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).

  2. Cut each brick pastry sheet in half, then fold each half in two to make a triangle. Brush with melted butter, wrap each triangle around a Tupperware Cornets Party cone and hold it in place with a cocktail stick. Bake for about 4 minutes, leave to cool and remove the cocktail sticks.

  3. Chop the pistachios coarsely. Shape the foie gras into 8 small balls and roll them in the pistachios.

  4. Fill each cone in two layers: about 8 g (1 1/2 tsp) chutney topped with a foie gras ball, then the same again.

  5. Serve straight away, while the pastry is still crisp.
