  1. In the medium Tupperware Thatsa Bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, cornstarch and brown sugar.

  2. Add the egg, buttermilk and melted butter and mix just until combined; a few lumps are fine. Leave the batter to rest for 5 minutes while the waffle maker heats.

  3. Scoop the batter into the waffle maker with the medium Tupperware Portioning Scoop and cook each waffle until golden and cooked through.

  4. Sandwich the hot chicken tenders between two waffles with the sauce of your choice and serve.
