Chicken and Parmesan Meatballs

Method

  1. Grate the Parmesan with the Tupperware Grate 'n Store, then finely mince the onion and garlic.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, Parmesan, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, herb seasoning and egg, and stir until evenly mixed.

  3. Shape the mixture into balls of the same size and put them in the Tupperware Microwave Pressure Cooker. Pour the marinara sauce over, fit the cover and lock it, then microwave for 15 minutes at 900 W.

  4. Leave the cooker to stand, still closed, until the pressure indicator drops, about 10 minutes, then unlock and remove the cover. Check that the meatballs have reached 75 °C (165 °F) in the centre and serve warm with extra Parmesan.
